All monthly Membership Meetings of the Spoon River Valley Scenic Drive are open to the public. Any individual(s) interested in the Spoon River Valley Scenic Drive are welcome and encouraged to attend. All monthly meetings are held at the Red Brick School in Smithfield beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month. Meetings are not held during the months of December and January.
