Winners of the 2009 Spoon River Scenic Drive Photography Contest

The theme for the 2009 Photography Contest was "The Hometown Spirit of Fulton County Spoon River Valley Scenic Drive", focusing on the historic roots of Illinois, specifically the Spoon River Valley, from its earliest of times.

The winning photos may be used in future program books, cookbooks, and other material for the Spoon River Valley Scenic Drive. Judges for the 2009 Photography Contest were Cindy Arnett and Bill Burnham. The qualities that were looked for in the photographs were: clarity, photographic creativity, theme, and depiction of the Spoon River Valley Scenic Drive.
