40th Fall Festival Ribbon Cutting Oct 6 at 9 am at Canton North, 2075 N. Main, Canton, IL • Current & Past Queens are invited to help.

Buckeye Church Free Bluegrass Concert • Friday October 5 by Chico Welch & Eric Rosi-Marshall from 5:30 pm to dusk (Church has no electricity). Chico is a descendant of the church founder Rev. Jacob Robert Welch.

Spoon River Valley Scenic Drive 2007 Quilt "Prairie Sunflower" will be displayed Oct. 6 & 7 at Astoria; Oct. 13 at Reed Park Gazebo, Farmington; Oct. 14 at Crafters Corner in Old School Center Farmington. Quilt drawing tickets arre $1 each or 6 for $5 available at information booths in all 15 areas or from officers and area reps Quilt to be given away at a drawing at November Annual Dinner of SRVSD Associates.

9am-5pm in 15 areas/villages in Fulton County, IL (London Mills, Avon, Ellisville, Mt. Pisgah Park, Fairview, Smithfield, Cuba, Canton, Farmington, Lewistown, Duncan Mills, Ipava, Bernadotte, Astoria, and Waterford/Dickson Mounds Museum).
